Everything on it is top of the line. Cabinet is well built and the griddle is quite impressive. Even heat across griddle and clean up is easy. You have to love all of the accessories.

I hesitated most of the summer, questioning if I'd use it enough. Well, 3 weeks in, and I've used it nearly every day, sometimes twice a day. Once you get past the basic meals (burgers and breakfast), you realize you can make so much more. I've got cleaning down to a single two-part papper towel, and with a light oiling, it's ready to go for the next day. A testament to the smooth carbon steel cooktop. Highly recommend the 36" - so much real estate.

Really well built,assembly was straight foward, The ease of cleaning is really a breeze and it cooks even.There is plenty of storage. Definitely would recommend, I used other brands but they didn't compare.
