High quality, well built 36 inch griddle. Heats quickly on start up and evenly distributes heat across the entire surface of griddle. You can easily modulate the heat and keep some areas cooler/hotter than others. Excellent product !!!

All I can say is WOW! This griddle is Absolutely Unbelievable! I was speechless when I received this from Influenster! This griddle is MASSIVE and top of the line! We have owned many grills and griddles over the years and this one is superior to all of them. This 36” Carbon Steel Rust Resistant griddle is a BEAST with 756 square inches of cooking space! It took my husband and I just under an hour to assemble this professional setup. Every piece we took out of the box we were amazed by the quality and craftsmanship. Super easy to move this stunning griddle around after assembly on the huge caster wheels. The possibilities are endless with the delicious food you can create with this griddle. For our first meal we went with a family favorite smash burgers, hotdogs and toasted buns! With the 4 burners and built in temperature gauge it was easy to cook our burgers on high, buns and hotdogs on low with all our food finishing at the same time. The built in temperature gauge and wind guards helped to maintain the perfect temperature! Living in the south the huge hinged lid that is easy to open and close is worth its weight in gold! With the high winds and pollen that we are currently fighting the HUGE lid saved our flames from going out and kept the pollen out of our food!! Clean up was a breeze with the built in grease slots and XL drip pan! Product comes with a 5 year warranty and is truly worth the investment. If you are in the market for a griddle DEFINITELY give this a try you won’t be disappointed!!

Great Grill, but can't close the lid when its on?

My wife and I love this griddle grill. While we do like it, there are some things we were not prepared for, such as not being able to close the lid when the griddle is hot. Maybe this is normal for all griddle grills, but we were not aware of this. Leaving the grill unattended while getting supplies and such is now harder. We have kids and being able to close the lid is something that would have been nice. The other item that I was not aware of is the space needed for the lid to be in the open position. For the price of the grill these items should have been more thought out.

Not what it claims—— Save your Money!!

We purchased the Weber Slate towards the end of June 2024. We used it regularly until the colder months arrived and put it away in a climate controlled Garage. When we started to put out our Patio furniture along with the Weber Slate a week ago We opened the lid to several rust spots on the Griddle surface. We contacted the selling appliance store which made contact with Weber and they said that the griddle was not properly oiled and therefore would not be considered as a warranty issue Weber said it would clean off. It so far has not cleaned off as suggested. You can see from the pictures included that we oil after each use as suggested and Weber’s claim to be Rust Resistant is not true as is in this case. I have left a message with Weber to return my call to resolve this issue and if resolved to my satisfaction I will update the review concerning the quality control issue with the griddle surface.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Griddle was missing the hood bar. My first request for the part was lost. Had to call a second time. As for griddle looks great but the claim that surface has even heat distribution is not true. Accessories are not available.

Super 36” Slate Griddle

Just after putting it together, since it was seasoned, I put a Ribeye on. The flattop took only about 3 minutes to reach 525 degrees.
My son put the steak on and when I came back from putting stuff away he said Dad come on and bring a plate.
Now the bad things….
The direction are WOKE. It would be helpful to have some better instructions. The bags of hardware were well ordered. Don't open the individual hardware bags until B or C or whatever is called for.
The 1/4 - 20 screws for the side shelfs should be hex head 3/4 inch stainless bolts. Otherwise, plan on 2.5 hours to put it together.
It would have helped to put PEAL OFF stickers on the main support pieces WHICH SAID: front / back / upper / lower.
Otherwise all the parts fit well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow!!! I have no words for what I received from Influenster! I have lots of BBQs so I wasn’t super excited but then we began putting it together and realized it is a GIANT griddle! OMG!! You can cook almost anything on this! We cooked sliced potatoes, steaks, and onions all at the same time and they were amazing. No seasoning of the griddle required but I did wipe it down before use. The griddle is massive and weighs a ton! This is like a professional set up! I am in shock what an amazing product. It comes with a 5 year warranty! This is a class act griddle all the way! It cost $1,000 but will probably last a lifetime! I would highly recommend if you throw parties or have a family Iike we do! I can cook everything at the same time and save time! This is a heavy duty griddle not cheaply made at all. This is probably the best griddle I have ever seen and will ever own!!! Just amazing!!! Quality, quality, quality!!! It took about an hour to put together. Needed two people as the top and griddle were super heavy. Easy directions and easy to use!! Thank you for this product!!!!!!❤️
