This grill is perfect for what my family needs to grill with daily. It's pretty big. I have had a Q1200 for about 10 years now that we use for camping and taking to the park, this one is probably pretty close to double the size. Ive only used the sear feature once. It puts off a ton of smoke, so im not sure if i will use it again. Overall this is a great grill.
Upgraded from a Q1200. There are just two of us but the extra size is very useful. The electric starter is much better than the push button on the 1200. We’ve never had any issues with Weber products. Highly recommend Q2800.
Love this grill! Easy to put together, easy to clean, easy to move if needed, cooks perfectly anything I put on it. Just the right size for my needs. I grill at least 4 times a week, beef, chicken, pork, fish, hotdogs etc.... everything has been delicious. Im retired and have been grilling for years but no longer needed a large footprint grill for just 2 of us. Highly recommend, good quality.
We've only used it a few times, but it obviously is pretty high quality. Gets up to temp fast, holds the temperature at where you set it well. Good, heavy duty grates. Nice size cooking area.
Works really great. Could use a manual for how the burners work with each other and independently. I owned a Baby-Q before, I like the extra food cooking area on the new grill over the Baby-Q cooking area.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Burner barely lights and sometimes not at all. Have tried many different propane sources. So frustrating to have meat on the grill and not even be able to get over 200°
