Love this set

recently got my hands on the Nightmare Before Christmas LEGO set, and it truly captures the spirit of Halloween Town! The attention to detail is incredible, especially in recreating Jack Skellington and the iconic spiral hill. The figures of Jack, Sally, and the other characters are well-crafted, and the set is a joy to build for fans of the movie. It's a bit of a challenge for younger builders, but totally worth it for the stunning result. Whether you’re a LEGO collector or a fan of Tim Burton’s classic, this set is a must-have. Highly recommend it for display during the Halloween season or all year round!

Absolutely loved the movie and when this came out, I had to get this set. Was a little sad with no Dr or Ooggie Boogie minifigures but maybe in a future set who knows. Was a little skeptical about freestanding roofs on the build, but overall loved the detail and outcome. Would recommend this for anyone to display.

What is THIS!?

This was everything I had hoped it would be. Building the sets and being able to feel like I was finally a part of the movie, was fantastic. This movie holds a special place in my heart, home, and world and this was the PERFECT way to embrace the movie in a short few scenes. The only thing missing is Oogie Boogie!!! But if and when Lego creates an Oogie Boogie lego or Set for him, I will be right there, ready to click add to cart. I wouldn't be mad if Lego also began to create a Christmas Town addition to this set....Just saying =)

Disappointed missing peices

Love building legos!! But this set I was excited for has disappointed me to say the least. I build one bag at a time (takes me a few days/weeks to get though a larger set) and I was missing several peices not even half way through the bags. I keep having to put a parts request in to complete the set. One of the main peices missing in my set was the legs to jack, and when requesting the part it says it isn’t a peice. Hoping I can’t get it my neice was extremely upset when we couldn’t complete Jack after the time we had spent to get to him!
Love legos but hope they get the peice missing for this set figured out for the future buyers!

Delicate

This model is way too delicate. Many parts were poorly designed like the roof or even the tub with feet to hold lock stock and barrel. Even areas that should be designed to display jack and sally are way to small or don’t have room for both figures to be together. Poor designed, impossible to play with, with out parts constantly falling off. No fun factor. I recommend the Indiana jones kit over this that is way more creative. This is a display piece only and don’t breath on it or it will fall apart.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Kind of a Letdown

I’m new to LEGO, and was happy to find a new set after completing Snow White earlier in the year.
In short, what a bummer. Some of the pieces are flimsy and slightly off, making it hard to get them together without exploding other parts.
The instructions? Not great. Sometimes the colors of pieces were off, which might not sound like a big deal, but when you’ve literally just dumped a bag it makes things difficult in a way it shouldn’t be.
I’m not really finding the fun in assembling this set.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
