Set feels lifeless. Most sets from featured films recreate small magical moments in the build. I didn’t see many of these. The construction is also fragile. The trees fall often, the roofs don’t feel leveled, and curved hill’s magic was stolen by the terrible build design. I’ve built better sets.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was a lot of fun to build. A ton of detail, and very true to the look of Nightmare Before Christmas. Not too many stickers - which is good !! And I love the way it all looks when all three structures come together.

Disappointed missing peices

Love building legos!! But this set I was excited for has disappointed me to say the least. I build one bag at a time (takes me a few days/weeks to get though a larger set) and I was missing several peices not even half way through the bags. I keep having to put a parts request in to complete the set. One of the main peices missing in my set was the legs to jack, and when requesting the part it says it isn’t a peice. Hoping I can’t get it my neice was extremely upset when we couldn’t complete Jack after the time we had spent to get to him!
Love legos but hope they get the peice missing for this set figured out for the future buyers!

The set looks great and was fun to build. At the time I ordered it was on back order. Lego offered a gift for spending over a threshold but I guess that doesn’t apply to back orders.
