I bought this for my 11 yr old grandson. He’s more advanced in building, but absolutely loved this piece. It transforms perfectly!

Pretty good, not perfect

I absolutely loved the build of this model, and the engineering that makes the transformation work is incredible. My only gripe is that, aesthetically, it doesn’t look particularly good in either robot form or car form. Still a pretty good set though, and looks great next to Optimus prime on my shelf. Hope they do more of these transformers

Really fun build, glad to have him with my Optimus prime! My only gripe is that transforming him is a little tricky, certain parts tend to come off while maneuvering him. Other than that this little guy is a great set!

This was a fantastic and nostalgic build. The instructions were easy to follow with great insights in the booklet. I am excited to add this along side Optimus Prime!

A fun birthday gift for a 7 year old

We got this for our 7 year old grandson because he loves both Legos and Transformers. We just got a photo of the assembled kit held by a very happy kid. My daughter said he did 90% of the assembly himself and only let her help to include her. Apparently he knew about the Lego Builder App which made it much easier.
