Tie Interceptor

Overall good build. Some of the connections such as attach a completed piece to the main build it flimsy. Pieces fall off (very delicate). Instructions need to be highlighted for clarity of placement for new pieces. Love the overall look of the Tie Interceptor.

We’re glad to hear you liked the TIE Interceptor™ set. If your set seems like it's not very sturdy, the best thing to do is double-check your build. Sometimes there may be a piece just a little off from where it should be. You’ll also want to make sure that all the pieces are pressed tightly together. Fun build, but another set that was missing several key pieces. Had to wait for the missing pieces to get mailed to me before I could finish the build. One of my favorites.

Fun, Standout Build!

This build was fun from the start. This Tie Interceptor’s cockpit is full of cool little details that, unfortunately, can’t be viewed while on display, but I love knowing what’s inside. I learned some new techniques, enjoyed the small details, and didn’t even mind the unavoidable repetition when building the wings. This set is surprisingly sturdy, though you should anticipate small parts popping off here and there as you attach larger sections. Definitely prepare for some resistance and frustration when you get to around 303 (bag 12). Otherwise, I absolutely love this set! Worth every penny, and it looks fantastic!

I received this as a Father's Day gift. The build experience was pretty frustrating. The stand is terrible. It's collapsed multiple times leaving me with a pile of rubble. I've had to do a major rebuild at least 3 times. I'm to the point now that I'm not sure i can fix it with any degree of reliability. I've never had a Lego be this fragile with single stud connections and a weight that's MUCH to heavy to be on such a fragile stand. I really want my money back on this one. For over 200 dollars, this should be much more sturdy.
The designer should be ashamed to have their name on this. I would not recommend getting this set.
