I am a collector and builder and just love the Ultimate Collector Series Lego Star Wars product line. I have pretty much all the UCS sets since I started collecting in 2021. Was sad I missed the Death Star and would love to see that in production again.

Fun to build and display

I just got back into Lego as an adult and this is my first large set since I started. The build was very fun, there were cool techniques and although the wings were a bit repetitive it was fun adding each wing and seeing the piece come to life. As a display model it looks amazing and is not too large to the point of needing new furniture.

This Lego set is great and as a lot of fun to build. So now I Have my Collectors Edition X-WING FIGHTER and my Collectors Edition TIE INTERCEPTOR. Now my only wish is for Lego to in retire and rerelease the all the other STAR WARS Star Fighter collection set like the Tie Defender and B-wing, The Tie Bomber and Y-Wing. The Tie Fighter and A—Wingand finally Slave 1 and the Rebel Snow speeder. Overall however my Lego experience is always an adventure.

I mean, it's Lego. I've never had a bad experience building lego. The tie interceptor was exciting and thrilling to build. Each click of the bricks coming together had me smiling and eager to continue building. Fabulous set, great fun.

Unfortunately for this set we have a huge backlog of sets we need to build before we get too it. I am very excited about the appearance of it and hope it holds up. I’ll come change this later if I have some huge issue arise, but I don’t foresee any problems currently. Keep up the cool UCS sets.
