Website is pretty bad

I bought this at the first opening 4/30 (9pm). The site was a complete train wreck. I gave up after an hour… this caused me to miss the limited production poster. For what these things cost, can ya get a better website, or at least a real server that can handle some traffic

Amazing UCS Tie Interceptor

We've come a long way since the first UCS tie Interceptor released years ago. The techniques used for this build are great to give the round shape of the cockpit along with the wings. This build is sturdy and you can even play with it even if it is more like a display set. I'm only little grip is the stickers, they are so small but luckily, they are just used inside de cockpit, so not to much if you mess up a little.
This set looks great next to the latest UCS X wing.

TIE Interceptor UCS is the real deal!

Best build experience I’ve had with LEGO. The build app guided my dad and I through the steps and told us when to hand off parts to each other. The scale is large and the detail level is high. Box photos don’t do it enough justice. I enjoyed the designer’s notes and comparisons to the original UCS Interceptor.

Elegant with some flaws

I enjoyed the build for the most part and even the repetitive nature of the "solar" panels was well executed. From a display perspective this set is is a 9.5 out of 10 as far as the Star Wars UCS sets I am familiar with. The only reason I'm writing a review is this... there are so many instances of where decorative pieces are attached by only one stud or "designed" to float in the middle rather than solidly clicking in place. This makes these points of contact very finicky and unforgiving... and also sloppy should you choose to touch it or move it. It's too bad that these didn't see another turn of the crank at the design table.
