New much improved design.

We are very happy with the new design of this dispenser. The indents on the canister designed for carrying make it much safer for moving a filled dispenser. Also, the new dispensing valve is a huge improvement over the old push button valve which was hard to operate, especially for elderly folks and people with arthritis. Thank you so much for the much needed improvements.

Leaks

I loved the design, but we've bought 2 and they both leaked around the spigot. Inserted both per instructions.

Tank and filter's great but meter is worthless

Very disappointing product

Filtering time is very slow. Even on day 1 of use, water cannot drop completely to the container. Within 1 week of use, water drips extremely slow.
Filter life is very short. Within 3 weeks of use (around 20 gallons water), filtered water starts with fishy smell and tastes especially when the water is hot. Municipal water is 160ppm at my city. As per the TDS chart on your website, each filter is supposed to filter 25-40 gallons water.
Look forward to product improvement in design and functionality.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.

In order to avoid a change in the taste of the water it is important to test the water regularly and change the filter when the digital meter reads 006.

Wanted to love it

I was excited about this product and ordered it online. It has leaked from day one. It leaks from the spigot area and there doesn’t seem to be a way to stop it. I can’t use it- leaks all over any surface it’s on and no one needs that mess. ☹️

Not Filtering

The problem I am having is with the filters. I put the water in the reservoir to be filtered and it never goes down into the filter, it just sits there for hours. I put water in the reservoir before I went to bed only to wake up 8 hours later and most of the water was still in the reservoir. I have two Zero water filtering systems, 22 and 32 cups, and they both have this problem. It does not matter if the filter is new or old it still does not filter the water, and if it is not filtering the water there is no purpose for it. I am highly disappointed in this product and am currently looking for a replacement.

Instant TDS Readout When Using Is Not Accurate

I use zero water for my carnivorous plants. So I need zero contamination in my water. The instant read TDS meter will say zero but when I check the water with the TDS by hand- it will read one. So therefore the instant readout while dispensing is not accurate.
