Filter removes TDS just fine but very frequently gets air locked and has to be removed, drained and reinserted. Annoying, persistent problem.

We certainly apologize for the continued frustrations with the filters, the filter getting air locked like this is a common occurrence with a gravity fed filtration system. Unfortunately it is just somewhat the nature of the technology, generally if you put an inch of water in the reservoir and then grip the middle section of the filter with both hands and firmly squeeze the filter in a pumping action until you are completely certain that there is no more air coming out of the top of the filter this will solve the issue for the life of that filter. If you do not clear all of air from the filter this issue will continue to compound itself over and over. Also never fill the reservoir directly from the faucet or spigot from your sink as this is naturally aerated and will force air down inside the filter. It is best to fill the reservoir with a large glass or measuring cup and pour into the corner of the reservoir away from the center of the filter. If there is ever a filter that simply just will not fix itself when the aforementioned trouble shooting steps have been followed we are more than happy to replace that filter. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Clean tasting water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love at the end of our water line so we get all the junk from down the lines and don't drink water from the faucet. This 22 cup Zero water pitcher is a game changer We drink a lot of water so you have to fill it a couple of times but it is still cheaper than bottled water. It works very quickly and efficiently in the water is so tasty clean and crisp. Like us if you drink a lot of water you will probably need to change the filter once a month or so but they are easy to find and so simple to change! I love keeping this in the fridge because cold water on hand during these hot summer months is a must!!

I have been using Zerowater for several years and the pitchers and dispensers just keep getting better. Because of the size of this dispenser, I don't have to refill it as much. Plus the fact that it test the water while you dispense, makes it so much more convenient than the previous model. Would recommend this brand to anyone.

It’s easy to use. But have to press the HOLD button so the test meter will show the current TDS reading otherwise it showed the previous reading and it’s confusing. Your video on your website only shows need to press ON button and it didn’t show to press HOLD button that is incorrect.

New style faucet on 22 cup pitcher

Great improvement over the push button, I've owed two zerowater (one pitcher the a 22 cup) both had the push button that broke after a year. I like new style and think Zerowater is the best.

Pros: I like the dispenser. And though it's way smaller than I thought, I do appreciate the extra fridge space.
Cons: Requires constant refilling compared the original pitcher I was replacing. Luckily my fridge is only a foot away from the sink. Could not get the TDS meter to attach properly, always falls off. Makes that feature useless. The lid is annoying to take off, what was wrong with using a flip top on this one?
