Fills halfway only

This is my 2nd product BUT frustrated that it only fills not even half way. I emptied out the water and thought maybe the water was too warm since instructions say, cold water. It did the same thing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.

Qater is properly filtered. Tastes excellent! There is a taste difference between the standard water that comes out of the tap and the filtered one from Zero Water. Without all the contaminants in there the water tastes clean and fresh!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ZeroWater 22-Cup Ready-Read Water Filtration Dispenser is a really nice product. It was easy to set up and fits in my refrigerator nicely. Once the tap water was filtered, it had a smooth and clean taste. I would definitely recommend this dispenser to others that want to experience clean water without the expense of purchasing bottled water.

It filters water quickly and takes up minimal space in my fridge. I love that it has a dispenser to make filling my glass easier. Great product!

Not a fit for our household

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To begin, the aesthetics of this are good. It’s pretty compact and it doesn’t look bad sitting on my counter. The meter, assuming it is accurate, is a nice feature for testing your water. As for actual functionality, it’s not a fit for us. It takes FOREVER for the water to flow through the filter. I have to pour….leave it for 20-30 min….come back and pour…..wait….etc. If we used this a lot, you would have to constantly be refilling. For me, the trade off isn’t worth it. I’ll just use the filtered water from my fridge or buy jugs of spring water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh how I wish I had gotten this 22 cup water filter pitch that sits on my counter or sometimes I put it in the refrigerator, before now!! It’s already saved me enough money to where I could’ve bought several of these.
