[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with Zero Water products. They do everything they claim to and do it well! Products are made to last for a long long time and priced super well. I will never not own one of these! The water is pure perfection!

Great Fresh tasting water!

It was very easy to put together and took minimal time to filter water through it and fill up the container. I was definitely curious how hard out water would read. Our TDS reading was in the 300s, so we’re expected to get roughly 8-15 gallons out of the filter. It tastes very fresh, similar to me as expensive whole house systems do. Very glad I got this filter set!

Product arrived on time, if not early. Assembled really easily and tap water put through the filter. Using the supplied gauge, my tap water was reading 273 (I’ve never drank it anyway). Then I tried tried a chilled glass of zerowater, at 000, and it tasted fantastic. I tested a purified bottle of water from the store, my usual brand and that measured 010 lol. The filter has lasted about a month, which I’m pleased with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very easy and quick to set up. The thing i like more is it has ph level meter attach to it so when it goes down I know when to change my filter. It clean my water quickly and water taste very good.

Great dispenser but poor design of the base.

I have a big 30 cup container that I bought a few years ago. I love it! It sits in the fridge on the top shelf and when I want to fill a water bottle I can slide it out so the pour spout is over the water bottle and away from the shelf (which has a plastic lip on it). The base that it sits on is the back half and is great for the being on a refrigerator shelf. Recently I bought the this one to have in my classroom refrigerator. I noticed you have redesigned the base so the base surrounds the outer edge of the base now. I currently have this in my fridge at home as well because I wanted to make sure it didn't leak when I got it. No leaks so we are good to go there. The reason I am reaching out is to let you know that the redesign of the base has reduced the ease and functionality because the spout doesn't clear the lip on the shelf comfortable anymore and I have to lift the front of it up by the spout so it can sit on the lip of the shelf because the front of the container no longer clears the lip of the shelf like the older model does. When you redesign again I highly suggest either redesigning the pour spout to be longer so it reaches out past the lip on refrigerator shelves or change the bottom of the base back so you can slide it out having it clear the lip so you can dispense water easily.
I love your products and have used them for years. I just think the redesign of the base leaves a little to be desired because it doesn't clear the lip of the shelf as older models have.

It leaks

Bought this dispenser because it is the only one that would fit how I wanted in my fridge. Inserted spout as directed, but leaked around the spigot. I had a larger one that was older model and it worked great for years. It's just too big. I see in the reviews I am not the only one who had this issue.Can you advise if you are working on a fix for the leak issue?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
