Microplastics added from flter

Consumer lab tested zero and found huge amounts of microplastics added to your water each time you fill your pitcher . Stay away!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reaching out. We are aware of a recent article in Consumer Labs that claims we add microplastics after filtration. We tested our filter with a third party in 2020 for this claim and the results confirmed that our filter does not do what is claimed in this article. We continue to test our product to meet NSF standards, and are in the midst of additional testing with 3rd party laboratories to confirm once more that we do not add microplastics post filtration. We would be happy to share when they are available. In addition, we will be reaching out to Consumer Labs to understand their process and ensure that accurate information is being shared about ZeroWater. We value all customer input, and please let us know if we can assist in any other way.

I use it for ice tea. Very convenient and it hold about two pitchers of tea and fits neatly on a shelf and out of the way. Nice size!!!

It’s okay. I like the size for on the counter. But the tds meter does not read when plugged into the spout

Im very happy with the Zero 22 cup ready-read product. Water tastes great, and container much easier to use and fill than the Zero pitchers I had tried before.

Our water is SO Dangerous, lowest TDS Measurement is 003. we hope to MOVE in the very near future....

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. We empathize with your situation and we have spoken with many customers with this issue. There is very little we can do to extend the life of our filters when the water supply is so high in TDS. Our filters are designed to remove over 99% of dissolved solids; in areas with high TDS readings filter life will be short.

My hand keeps hitting the TDS. The TDS is just floating there flimsily, you have to hold it to push the button, to turn it on. It would have been a lot easier to use the TDS if it is sticking to the tank, and further away from the spout.
I would recommend this to a friend!
