Okay filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a couple of weeks ago and while I like the filtered water, it is not easy to use and refill. It takes far too long to refill the water leading to it either sitting in my sink slow filling up or not getting refilled at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy with the Zero Water filtration dispenser. It was so easy to set up, with easy to follow instructions. Great quality and the water spigot/valve is very comfortable to use, (unlike other ones I’ve tried.) The best part was the taste of the water, was so clean and I love that there is a meter to read that tells you when to change the filter-
I would recommend this to a friend!

Short life filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I had finally found a solution to my well tap water. The filter worked great and the water tasted amazing… for a few days. I think it might be that my water is hard and filled with minerals but I can’t justify buying a new filter every few days. The pitcher is also pretty small and we found ourselves refilling it after every use. After a few days of use our water started to taste very strange and I can only assume that the filter stopped working. Unfortunately I will not be repurchasing more filters.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. We empathize with your situation and we have spoken with many customers with this issue.
There is very little we can do to extend the life of our filters when the water supply is so high in TDS. Our filters are designed to remove over 99% of dissolved solids; in areas with high TDS readings filter life will be short.

Brought a 12 cup (2.8) liter filter and it came out to be just 1 liter.

The 12 Cup capacity takes into account the water in lower chamber plus the in upper chamber waiting to be filtered.

Water great, tank not so much

I bought the 12 cup because in my house gold we go through a ton of water. It's really disheartening that the top reservoir only holds 3-4 cups and then once the lower tank has 4-5 cups it stops filtering down. Having to transfer filtered water to gallon jug is annoying and diminishes the use for this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The total capacity of the pitcher is 12 Cups, that would be the lower and upper chamber combined.

Great taste

My boyfriend and I bought this pitcher about a year ago and got a while have been enjoying great tasting water. But since a couple weeks ago when we ordered a three pack filter replacements two of them have turned out to not work so far. The first one we put in had an acidic taste of almost vinegar. The second one we had to put the hole in the bottom of it and still will not fill the pitcher. Some water sits at the top. I called Zero Water but no one would listen to me. We are thinking of switching to a different brand of water filtration
