Great Addition

I've been able to save a ton of money by using my ZeroWater filters. This water dispenser has the water tester readily available so you know when to change your filter. The quality of water before and after the filter is crazy! Great dispenser. 5 stars.

This new pitcher claims to be 12 cups, but it only holds about 2/3 the amount of water of the 12 cup Zero Water pitcher I'd been using for several years. Much smaller than I was expecting. And with the new smaller design, when you grab the handle to get it out of the fridge, it's easy to bump the nozzle dispenser. Lots of water has ended up on the floor.

Terrible design

If you tried to make a terribly designed product, you have a major success. Must take the top off to add water, pouring from the spout iss impossible without leaking, give me my pitcher back anyday.

Disappointed

The filter went bad after only 3 weeks and the water started tasting EXTREMELY sour and the TDS reading became literally 2 times WORSE than my kitchen sink water I've been pouring in.. Bought 2 new filters and followed all instructions, yet of course, after only 1 day of use, the filter is having trouble filtering the water and I have no idea why.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.

The worst model

This is the 3rd jug that has had the same issue with the lid. The plastic part that holds the lid to the jug keeps snapping no matter how careful I am with it. Very poor design this model should be withdrawn. Buyer beware do not buy this model

Excellent product!

I love the sleek and modern design of the pitcher. Used the attached tool to check our water before (which was close to 400!) And after using the filter-it was now at zero! The water tastes so much better and have used it to make drink mixes and it makes them taste completely different. Will never go back to another pitcher !

Normally I would have to wait till my water tasted bad before knowing to change it. Even though I had the stick I would forget to check it. Now it’s just right there I can turn it on to read as the water is coming out. Love ZeroWater it has become a staple in my home.

An overdue redesign of the Ready Pour pitcher.
on November 6, 2022

The good: The pitcher has a smaller footprint than the 12-cup Ready Pour pitcher. It definitely takes up less real estate in your refrigerator. The top clips in securely and has a rubber gasket-lined groove. The pour spigot is 1000% better than the previous design. Nice steady pour and ergonomic on/off valve. Instant-read TDS meter is a very nice touch. Clips into the base of the handle and feels secure. The pouring spout pours smoothly with none of the leaking of the Ready Pour model. Overall, the pitcher feels more robust and durable than the Ready Pour model.
The not-so-good: The top fill reservoir is significantly smaller which requires more refills in order to completely fill the pitcher. The redesigned handle no longer has a rubber grip and because the handle is at 90 degrees, it feels a bit awkward to hold the pitcher and pour.
Overall impression: An overdue redesign of the Ready Pour pitcher. The design is sleek and modern. The instant-read TDS meter is a really nice touch. It pours so much better, the top won't come loose when pouring and the redesigned spigot is a game changer. While not perfect, it's definitely a worthwhile upgrade in my opinion if you already own the Ready Pour model.
