It’s roomier in the top portion. I do not like having to press or the water. Too many germs collecting. I do not like the placement of the ice tray. It also is often producing ice when it is already full. I don’t like the drawer coming out every time I open the freezer. The ice as a sheen which tells me air is getting in the freeze. I like my old ne with two drawers better.

We are going to pass your comments about the dispenser, ice tray, and the drawer over to our product team to review. We're always looking for ways that we can make our appliances even better.
Freezer drawer is not sturdy and is difficult to open gently. Two places in the refrigerator will freeze anything placed there even above the recommended temperature for the refrigerator compartment.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave us your feedback about your refrigerator. Food should not be placed in front of the air vents in the back of the unit, as this will cause the food to freeze. If needed for the freezer drawer, please know that you have a one-year warranty that you can take advantage of by calling 833-426-3393.
Went from a GE refrigerator that had multiple electronic/control problems for most of its 21 year life, the local appliance repair companies would no longer service that product. So far this product has no problems and seems to be much better constructed, but I did purchase an extended warranty for protection.
The ice machine was supposed to be shut off but it sounds like it’s running. The refrigerator part is freezing items. I like the freezer drawer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
