The freezer drawers bind rolling in and out. Roller wheels do not roll causing the bin to come off tracks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have only had the refrigerator for a week but so far I really like it. My only critique would be that the water dispenser was a little better user friendly.

Like the ice maker and shelf that moves to accommodate taller items. Spent extra $ to have counter depth unit but had to pull it away from the back wall because it sets next to a wall on the right side. When pushed back to counter depth it doesn't allow the right door to open. Wish I wouldn't have made that choice now or spent the extra money.
