Perfect for multiple devices with one minor thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dual wireless charging pad is a great addition to our home! While my wife and I both have separate wireless charging stands on our nightstand, this one is in our kitchen to provide charging during dinner or on late afternoons to make sure we have enough juice to get to the end of the day and we don’t have to fight for who gets to charge their phone because we can charge them both at the same time!
It’s also helpful after a run to put the AirPods into their case and charge them without needing to go upstairs.
The actual charging surface is low profile and doesn’t take up much room. If you were doing a remodel to you kitchen I would try to get this into a drawer with an outlet!
The one thing I don’t like it the large wall plug. It ruins the sleek slim profile of the charging pad by being this large plastic piece plugged in. I get the feeling that the designers of this SAE it as sitting on a nightstand and that the wall plug would not be visible. I get that the power to rapid charge 2 devices probably required a bigger plug but it’s just so big and ugly.
Overall it’s a great product, I just wish the plug was smaller. And if you are buying this for a nightstand or drawer where the plug is hidden then look no further, this is what you need to buy!

Great product for those with multiple Qi devices

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this charging pad about a month ago and I've been very happy with it. I've had no issues with it and it has worked with all Qi based devices I have. I've found it to be a perfect bedside device - sitting on my nightstand - since I can easily charge my phone at night as well as my AirPods.
Haven't done any traveling (thanks Covid) but this will definitely find its way into my bag next time I do. For me this sort of device is perfect for travel since it's compact and can charge 2 devices at once.
The charging pads are capable of 10w power deliver to devices however this is limited to 7.5w with iPhones. However this seems to be a limitation which Apple has imposed and isn't due to the product. Perhaps a future model could support 10w+ power delivery by incorporating MagSafe now that Apple has reintroduced it.
The quality of the product is good though I do wish it were a little heavier. Mainly because it would give it a better 'feel' but there is nothing wrong with it as is. Maybe this is just personal preference.
The price is definitely right for what you get since the power cable (brick) is included. I've purchased a few Qi based chargers over the last couple years and many of them don't come with brick. Or if they do the price effectively doubles.
All in all it's a very solid product which I've been pleased with. So much so that I'm looking at purchasing a 2nd one for my wife to use

Great while it lasted

I received this as a gift last Christmas. Worked great until today when I tried to charge two phones at the same time. It charged for about 10 minutes then both lights went out. Tried unplugging for an hour or so. Plugged it back in and tried one phone. Could not get the phone to charge. No lights on the unit. So it was a good unit but only lasting 6 months is kind of sad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You can try to plug the power supply into a different wall outlet and place another Qi-enabled phone on the wireless charging pads for isolation. But, we would like to assist you further. Worked well, but not for long :-(

I purchased this for when I started working from home and needed to change my personal phone and work phone. Worked great for 8 months and then just died one day. Tried to reach out to support on chant but nobody is ever available at least on UK time. Hopefully writing here will get a response.

The Belkin WIZ002 Dual Wireless Charging pad should charge two devices simultaneously. You can try to remove the phone case or reposition your Qi-enabled devices on the charging pad for isolation. Also, try to plug the power supply into a different wall outlet and see if that makes any difference.

Review after a year of uses

I have woken up many time realizing that my phone was not charged about 50% of the time for over a year. This is because it takes around 60 seconds for it to indicate there is an issue and then turns yellow/orange and I rather not stare at this thing for 60 seconds every time I go to bed to make sure that it is charging. This product has cause me a ton of head aches over the year and wish I never bough this device.
Don't know if I can recommend Belkin products if they are similar to the construction as this dual wireless charger.

It did not live up to the expectations.

I recently bought the this charger too charge my iPhone and Airpods pro whilst I work. After hearing great reviews about Belkin all the way from Belgium (I am in South Africa), I though lets give it a shot. Unfortunately it does not work as one thinks it will. It constantly disconnects when trying to charge the Airpods with a iPhone. It seems to work fine when you only have one or the other charging. The Airpods will charge for about 15 - 20 minutes before it starts disconnecting or show the orange light on the charge pad. For the price point and consumer confidence it does not seem to stack up. Unless there is some fix for this I would avoid buying this particular charger.

iPhone gets very hot on this charger

iPhone 14 gets very hot on this charger. Tried using for at least two weeks. Tried doing only one phone at a time. Gets very hot no matter what I do, well before the phone is charged. It is not the right specifications for the iPhone, and it is completely unusable.
