Unreliable product. Choose something else!

I purchased this product in February for our iphone13 pro and pro max. I have trusted Belkin products since I first purchased my iphone 3g back in the day, but this one is the pits! As other reviewers mentioned, you sit your phone on the charger, and after a minute or so the light turns orange and it stops charging. I contacted support and and all they will do is send me a replacement, which I know will be equally bad. This is infuriating but I will continue to contact them until I have a resolution. The design of the product is flawed. Save yourself the trouble and purchase something else.

Does not charge

I didn't read reviews prior to purchase but have the same issue as others are having. I trusted this brand to be one of the better ones. White light when device is put on the charger, says charging but within seconds the light turns orange & does not charge device. It sometimes works & gives a fully charged phone but most days we are waking up to a completely dead phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Impossible to line phone up to charge.

It's almost impossible to get my iphone to charge on this thing. I spend so much time trying to get it lined up so that it's charging, and 30 seconds later the light turns from white to yellow and I have to try again. Very frustrating! I have the same issue with my air pods pro, although my success rate is better than with my iphone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t buy

This charger is not good. Usually belkin is awesome however this one is lackluster. The pads are finicky to get my devices charging and it won’t keep them charging for very long.
