I have a NVR wireless system. When I bought this to add to my system I noticed at night the IR night vision is not working. Hoping to get this resolved with customer service. Email has been sent and awaiting reply. These are VERY good cameras when all the features are working. More update to come.

The perfect security system!!

I received my Night Owl system about two weeks ago, prior to leaving town and my wife and one-year-old son here by themselves. I was nervous to say the least, but decided I needed to have a security system installed for both of our sanity. I went with a three wireless and two wired system to have complete coverage of our home and outside areas. I was certain I would need professional help to install the cameras and set up the system...I'm not exactly the most handy of men. Additionally, I got the system three days prior to my scheduled trip. I cannot put into words how intuitive and simple the set-up was. To the shock of my wife, and myself, I was able to install (physically) and set-up (software) the entire system in less than an hour. It really is an incredible security system without the need of monthly service fees and constant recharging or changing of the batteries (for the wireless cameras) which is great because what good is a security system that is constantly offline due to recharging. The cameras are excellent in both daylight and nighttime modes. The price of the system is the best bang for your buck when compared to the other products out there like Nest and Ring and other brands where you're paying for marketing and not product. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Just bought this and installed last weekend. It is a very wide and crisp picture and the audio coming in is OK! One drawback, is that when you ring the bell, it sounds outside like it is going to die. Its rather annoying. All in all, it does OK but might be worth looking at a security camera if you are more rural as we are. It seems to keep registering human when none are about.
