Two stars for a nice and sturdy suitcase. But it came with no key and no instructions on how to open with the code, nor how to reset the code.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very nice carryon. Well made, lots of pockets and like that the lock prongs are flush and will not catch on things.
I would recommend this to a friend!
