I bought one in Woodbury common last night. The handle does not extend.
I can’t drive 2hours for exchange. What should I do?

Looks well made. Haven’t put in use. Size is a bit smaller than it could be due to the shape of the baggage

I haven’t traveled with this suitcase yet, but it ticks all my requirements for a lightweight, maneuverable, expandable carry-on size case. I am in my 70s and will be traveling with family. I intend to pack light and efficiently in one small suitcase and one backpack so that my son-in-law doesn’t have to worry about my luggage as well as everyone else’s.

Dimensions aren’t same as advertised. The height is more than 22”

The lock is kind of annoying. It’s difficult to change the numbers. Other than that, I really like it. The wheels turn in all directions and it’s very lightweight.

Great suitcase, but incorrect dimensions. I had to return it, because it did not fit in Alaska Airlines overhead bin. I specifically looked for a suitcase that fit within 22x14x9 inches. Samsonite's dimensions do not include wheels and handles, which makes online purchases impossible. Samsonite has unfortunately probably lost me as a customer over unreliable dimensions. I never check in bags and only carry on when I fly, so correctly published dimensions is essential to me when buying a suitcase.
