Wanted to be able to access this in the cab of my camper as well as in the back of my camper.. I mounted under armrest.. so mic could easily be there when I drive, but I also can have it in my pass through to my camper... (EarthCruiser FX - small pass through)... now I can change channels, volume, etc. in back, without having to crawl through pass through.

Simple and powerful, this is a great package deal . I upgraded from the mxt275 and could definitely see the difference between the two. Like i could switch all the high power channels to wideband.

Love this radio, great range and clarity. Also the fact you can set the two speaker to be used simultaneously for extra volume. The MXT575 is a powerful radio that won’t disappoint you. I opted to get the ghost antenna for optimal range and it also looks cool too. I would recommend the MXT575 GMRS radio for anyone who wants a reliable and powerful way to communicate.
