Great radio. Installation was a breeze and radio works great. Has great range on full power. Even on low power, had better range than my old radio. Mic controls work very well.

Easy to install, seems to work well, although I haven’t had an opportunity to give it a proper test with a variety of receivers. Seems to be picking up a little more engine noise than my MXT 275 did. Midland could improve their advertising by making the owners manual available on their web site and letting people know that the mic on this radio has provisions to plug in a headset.

I was looking for a radio to purchase that wouldn’t take up space and this is the perfect fit. I was able to mount under my dash and used RJ45 panel Mount extension to move the mic to the perfect spot.
