Upgraded from the MXT275. Very happy with the upgrade in every way. Biggest benefit besides the power was the increase in sound from the speaker in the base unit. Huge difference.

Nicely designed system that optimizes the available space in our 4x4. We've had solid performance from other Midland radios and this unit continues the experience. It's a bit pricey but given we often find ourselves in very remote circumstances, reliabilty is a necessity.
