This radio is absolutely perfect for my needs. Being able to tuck the bulk of the radio away and out of sight in the truck and having all the controls on the handset is great and keeps the interior clean. So far I haven't had any issues with range or sound quality. It pairs nicely with the ghost antenna and is super simple to use.

Beautiful unit! Picked up one of these for traveling in caravans down the Baja peninsula. We've found the radio to be very convenient and much quicker to use then trying to call our text each other while driving (which is dangerous and illegal). We like that the radio is wired into our trucks power source - no charging required. Clear, strong reception - recommended.
