I am happy with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased this as a replacement to my 4 year old Samsung 4 door french door refrigerator, which honestly had more bells and whistles but a design flaw of having the ice maker located in the refrigerator section, causing the ice maker to frost over and stop making ice unless I defrosted it with my hair dryer once a week. I was done, and wanted the traditional side by side, with the ice maker in the freezer section. I'm happy with how this ice maker works, it has a high production mode, which the Samsung did not have, and an ice bin that is easy to open and get a bunch of ice out at the same time. I especially love that I can specify the # of ounces I want the water to dispense. Though I can't save that capacity so that it dispenses the same # of ounces each time, without pushing the water dispenser lever (or at least haven't figured it out yet). But inside is nice and large, lots of drawers and shelves. I'm not too keen on the LED lighting. Putting things a certain way will block the lights making it seem very dim inside. No way to tell the current temperature inside the fridge and freezer, but not a big deal for me. The other thing that bugs me is that the front was initially covered in a plastic film , to protect the finish, but what was odd is that they put a lot of parts on AFTER the film was on, so now all the edges of my refrigerator has tiny specs of plastic still on it that I can't take/pull off unless I get an exacto knife out? Other than that I'm very happy with it!

Refrigerator Freezes Food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for a couple of months I like the style, design, etc., but I keep finding food that's frozen in the refrigerator and even at the highest setting, ice cream out of the freezer is too hard to dip.

My new refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I has a rough start with this new refrigerator. I ordered it online, sight unseen. It took over a week to get it delivered. When I received it, both doors are scratched, we are currently awaiting new doors. I would have preferred a textured finish as opposed to the shiny surface. I love the inside of the freezer and refrigerator, so much space.

Roomy fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WE bought this after our 20 year old fridge went out. I like all of the extra room in it as I cook often. The freezer setup and bins were super appealing as well. Down side- the icemaker wasnt set right at the factory and eventually leaked 4 months later, also the filter only lasted 4 months. Also the fridge is loud when it comes to moving water around the fridge for the ice maker

Lots of Room in Fridge

Brand new fridge has never worked properly!

Whirlpool puts the problems with the new fridge on the repair company they have contracted to do their repair work and will not respond to calls for help!!
