Whilpool Regrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought our new frig in December to be ready to place when our remodel got to the point it could be installed. It was installed about 2 weeks ago and although we love it, the ice dispenser doesn't work. We've tried troubleshooting the issue but no success. I called and tried to schedule a service call and was on hold 40 minutes so tried online and there were no appointments available... I'm super bummed because i really was excited about having ice dispensed at a touch of a button...:(

Refrigerator section, bottom shelf not high enough

Received my refrigerator today, I am very disappointed that the bottom interior shelf of the fridge locate on top of the produce drawer is not tall enough to store milk containers, juice etc. Being that the bottom shelf is the recommended location to store milk as that is the coldest spot. I now have to lay down the containers, and if I put some of my containers on the top shelf they hit the interior ceiling and scrap it when trying to remove.If I remove a shelf I will lose storage area. Also,it does not come with an air filter for the fridge, you have to purchase the first one. There is no produce preserver holder located in the produce bin, so now I have to purchase that also. Not user friendly to dispense water due to the location of the bar to press for ice or water, I already see that my Grandchildren will be getting water and ice on the floor, which is dangerous for slipping
Whirlpool is highly rated, however, due to the pandemic I was not able to go to a store to look at in in person and I would not have purchased this model due especially to the poor location/heights of the fridge shelves and the water dispenser, water takes at least 30 seconds to dispense, have to keep pressing

No Butter Tray?!

I just purchased this refrigerator and just had it installed yesterday, so far I like the storage size and fridge itself. I am very disappointed that it doesn't have a butter storage tray/shelf. I've never purchases a fridge that didn't have one, guess I overlooked that when looking at the display model (will go back to store to see if it does have one in it). Is this an option, if so, it should be included, disappointing and the reason for lower ratings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading horrible reviews online about all refrigerators on the market I settled on this one. I had to wait 5 months to get it in black but so far it was worth the wait. I love having 2 paddles - one for ice and one for water so I don't have to switch it back and forth every time i go to get one or the other. Nice size and so far It operates smoothly and quietly , all I hear is the icemaker dumping and the water refilling.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Side-by-Side Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator six weeks ago and it was on back order. We received it after about four weeks which was earlier than expected. A couple of items that we did not realize before the purchase was the lack of adjustable shelves, the icemaker is noisy when the water valve is on for filling the ice tray, and we felt the freezer could have used one more shelf. Extra shelves are available, but they are $$$. Also, the protective plastic that is put on the front to protect the surface during shipping is put on prior to the top and bottom brackets are installed. This leaves little pieces protruding when the plastic is removed which requires carefully cutting and use of tweezers for plastic removal. Also, the levers for dispensing ice and water are really stiffer than they need to be. On the positive side, The front controls are a nice feature and it really does a nice job of keeping everything cold and veggies fresh.
