One feature missing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am unhappy that the water coming out the front is not cold and unlimited.This would require reengineering so it isn't a fix I can expect. I would recommend this to a friend. Check answer below.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge about a month ago. It's a fine appliance with lots of shelving and water and ice in the door. The ice cube size is ideal and my favorite feature is the self despencing water. You just place your cup, touch the button, set the ounces, and touch the button again, and away it goes. On the down side, it was generating a vibration that was pretty loud and I had to keep adjusting the feet until it stopped and then I'd have to reset the door height. It was a bit of a pain, but I worked it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 31 August, 2021 and received it 4 September, 2021. Spent a few hours hooking up the water, removing the shipping material and than washing and drying shelves, drawers and ice maker. Than plugged in and let run for 24 hours.
Woke up on Sunday, 12 September 2021 to a unit not working. It is impossible to reach a person on Sunday and sure could have drove back to the store but it was Sunday. Reached a person Monday morning to pickup non-working unit on Wednesday. A few hours latter got hold of a person in appliances who said would talk to manager to just swap the units out. This did happen and did receive the new unit 15 September. Of course had to go through whole cleaning process again. As added precaution let unit sit 23 hours before plugging in. Normally 4 hours max is sufficient and that is for units that were laid down in transport.
It has been 9 days since plugging in new unit. Like it but still holding our breath. Realize there are lemons in everything.
