Excellent VERY LARGE fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced an unreliable Samsung refrigerator (25 cu ft) and fit in exactly the same place; the unit is the same size on the outside as the older, smaller, Samsung. So far the Whirlpool has been great. It's size inside is awesome, it's very bright, and the ice-maker is pretty quick.
The only minor negatives that I can list are that the ice maker is pretty loud when it does it's thing making ice, and that the buttons on the front near the ice/water dispensers are a little bit cheap feeling. Aside from that it has been great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge during a Thanksgiving sale. Let me say it ended up being a great purchase. It is huge inside...plenty of room. The LED lighting makes it very easy to see everything inside. The inside is laid out quite well. Plenty of room in the freezer as well, especially as the icemaker is in the door.

I love my refrigerator

I purchased my refrigerator just over a year ago, and I couldn't be happier. The capacity is amazing. I don't miss the dairy bin at all. I had to wait several weeks to get it in black, but I was patient and it was worth the wait.

Uneven Handle Bars & Doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model 10 months ago & wish I did not buy it. The shelves are made of thin plastic especially the ones on the inside of the doors. There is not a dairy shelf or tray on the inside door just deep thin plastic shelves. The handles and doors are uneven. I called and another refrigerator was delivered. Both of the refrigerator's exterior handles were uneven, and the replacement was so uneven I kept the original. I did not have time to exchange the refrigerator as I was the sole caregiver of my mother who had stage 4 terminal cancer at the time. All of the appointments I made to have the appliance installed and replaced... on top of taking care of a sick parent and working... I was not able to exchange the refrigerator in the timeframe I had. Scheduling the installation and waiting a four hour window moving food, doing that again for another. The replacement was worse! All of the installer's and salespeople told me after the purchase that this model has uneven doors and handles it was a huge problem. The shelving on the inside is thin plastic not durable. It is a waste of money! The water filter had to be replaced before 3 months and makes me wonder if there is an issue with the control panel or a sensor. The ice maker is small and has to be used up or emptied on a regular basis, and it is so loud the loudest refrigerator I have ever heard or owned. There is not a shelf or dairy area and I did not notice that in the store. It looks like a shelf is missing as they are just thin plastic DEEP shelves on the inside doors that are not durable at all. YOU CAN NOT KEEP ANY THING tall on the top shelf near the back or on the sides of ANY shelf or it will throw off the airflow and temperature and cause things to freeze. I have had a gallons of milk, yogurt, cottage cheese , and other items FROZEN when I reached to take them out because the airflow is in so many areas it leaves little space for a gallon of milk and a few other items on one shelf. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
