Love the layout and the looks; hate the noise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is really quite pretty, as far as appliances go. We've had an issue with the refrigerator door not sealing properly but Whirlpool is working to replace it. The interior is roomy, as is the freezer (for a side-by-side). This unit replaces our previous Whirlpool from 13 years ago and the features on the new model are improved, save for one thing: NOISE. This refrigerator is substantially louder, which Whirlpool attributes to its energy efficiency and optimized performance. Cool--but it's still awfully loud. It also emits a high pitched ringing noise.
Which leads me back to my title, Love the layout and the looks; hate the noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Where's the quality in workmanship?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our refrigerator delivered a month ago. Constantly made a rumbling noise. A repairman was sent out and it needed a new fan. Ordered a fan and they were out of stock and we had to wait till one could be located. One month after delivery the fan arrived and was replaced. Next to fan had a tube that should of been wrapped with insulation. The insulation was laying to the side of it which also made a rattle. What happened to workmanship? Thanks to the great repairman our refrigerator is now quite and we can enjoy.

Nice and roomy interior

The room

This has the room to put most of my food with out using a separate deep freezer . I can store all my needs with over stuffing the shelf and the temperature keeps my food cold. I made the mistake of putting ice cream in the refrigerator and it didn’t melt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm under Dr orders to drink 80oz water per day. I was surprised to find the water dispenser measure feature. This is great! Makes it very easy to keep track of how much water I drink each day. Use it a few times with your favorite glass/cup/mug and you can tell exactly how much it holds and apply that to your other beverages such as milk, OJ, iced tea, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!
