I had a problem with the product that I initially got could be one odd but I could get it exchanged in a couple of weeks and instead of going with some other product went with the same one Avermedia , no regrets as it is value for more than the price. Works good comes with a microphone too streams quality video
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are very happy with our AverMedia webcam. It was easy to set up and the picture quality and sound are good. We did have to exchange our purchase due to a manufacturing defect in the bracket and Best Buy handled the exchange professionally. Overall we are happy with this purchase.

Great little webcam!

I am so impressed. Great image and sound quality. For the price, this is the real deal. I host a lot of Zoom meetings and attendees are always commenting on the quality of image and sound. I'm sure there are better units out there, but for the price, this one gets an A+ from me. :)

Decent Video / So so audio

Video quality is good / very good
Audio only works when you are in front of camera. Mics won't pick up your voice if you move to the sides.
Plug & play is great
Video streaming / recording software is available online. Search for the model on Google and you'll find it. No it does not come on a CD anymore... some people!!
