Excellent sound and picture

Excellent, clear sound and picture. No need for a headset or to sit too close with this webcam. The mic is great from a comfortable range of a few feet away.

Defective after ~1year after purchase

Purchased a few of these webcams for our company. One that we purchased late 2020 slowly but surely stopped connecting until it stopped working altogether in late 2021. Reached out to the company and determined it was a hardware issue, but at this point there are less expensive and higher quality webcams that would cost less than the price to ship it back and receive a replacement. We would not buy again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Bad At All..

Looking to save on 1080pm USB cam... was about to grab a Logitech but saw this one on the shelf when I was shopping in the store.. told myself if it's no good, I can always return it.. but I was surprised that it was actually good.. now our daughter took it from me coz she found it to be nice & easy to use.. now I need to get another one :)

Poor image quality

I purchased the camera a couple months ago for online classes and never noticed the image quality as I usually had a small box to look at. In the small screens it looks great. However when you look at it in full screen as someone would see on the other end of a call while you're speaking, it looks horrible. Even using the software available on their site to adjust the settings I was unable to get the quality to a satisfactory level. The person on the other end of a discord call commented that it was very blurry and hard to see, which is what prompted me to look.
I would not recommend this camera to anyone, it is far to expensive for the quality it provides.

Great webcam for the price!

Great webcam for the price! Small, compact design sits well on the monitor. Sliding camera cover is great for quick and easy covering of camera. Very good camera and audio quality. USB connector cable is a good length. Quick Guide is pretty minimal - would have liked a little more assistance not in setting up but in usage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This cameras video quality is amazing!!! It will still keep you lit up in a dark room. People thought I looked younger That alone is worth the money. Lol The sound is also excellent. Very easy to hook up. I really like I can slide to close the camera.

Camera is good but app is tough to use

Good image quality, and easy to mount on monitor or tripod. But the app (the basic one) is peculiar - awkward overlapping text and buttons, tiny preview screen, and no control over zoom.
