[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My head immediately sinks right through the pillow and there is 2cm of material between my head and mattress. There is no way it is meant to lack support like that. Will be going back to using the cheaper knock off brand I previously bought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought tempure pedic mattres earlier. And pillow after that. It is a perfect combination. Support your neck and dont feel pain in my shoulder when i wake up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a better pillow than I have had, but I still tend to compress and push everything to one side and overheat myself on the side of my face that's on the pillow. It does however keep the other side super cool for when it is flipped over
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get extremely hot through the night and have always needed cooling pillows. Usually they come quite stiff and firm, but the Cloud Breeze is perfect for back sleeping and staying cool through the night.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows are not at all cooling for me. That was my main reason for buying. I would return them if it was allowed, as they were very expensive. They do have a nice level of firmness,
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 2 of these for our beds after trying a queen-sized same Tempur pillow in a showroom. The one in the showroom was amazing for me at 5'4" and 130 lbs. The King-sized ones are way too thick and do not compress enough without heavy weight to work for a smaller framed person. My husband loves his but her is 6,1", and weighs 220! Now I have a spare and very expensive pillow that I cannot use for me. Guess I will size down. It is a great product just not the right fit for all!
