A nice cooling pillow with good support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooling part of this pillow worked surprisingly well. It's not like sleeping on an ice chest or anything drastic like that, but the unused parts of the pillow are probably five to six degrees cooler than the ambient air temperature. When you sleep on those areas, they warm up like any other pillow, but other areas feel 'chilled'. This is especially noticeable when I first lay down on the pillow or shift my upper body around to a new position.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Comfortable and cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is cool when you first lie down. It eventually evens out its temp to be like any other pillow. It's a nice effect when you want a prolonged cool pillow effect. You can flip the pillow to start with a fresh cool side. Note: The pillow is heavy compared to others and a little less flexible due to the built in gel packs.
