Horrible sleep experience

I purchased these pillows for comfort and cooling effect, I didn't get neither! It starts cool and then after less than an hour it will turn into a furnace. Expect neck pain the next morning. And they are not returnable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought my wife a tempur-pedic pillow 16 years ago because she needed a firm pillow for support and hated that any pillow she bought, even ones labeled as "firm," quickly lost their structure and didn't work. The tempur-pedic did work........for years. It was a great investment. But eventually she wanted to get a new one. I looked into it and could only find the tempur-cloud dual cooling pillow that was listed as medium-firm. She didn't like that it wasn't labeled "firm," but I got it for her anyway. Wow, what a great pillow......she loves it!! It helps her get a great night's sleep and the firmness is perfect. Thank you for your wonderful product, which not only last for years, literally, but that you still produce. Very satisfied!
