Huge Disappointment

After sleeping on this pillow for a year I am so disappointed in the quality and lack of sleep that I actually get. I constantly wake up with headaches, horrible neck and shoulder pain. This pillow is too high and not made for side sleepers. I find that I am constantly tossing and turning trying to find the right position. Total waste of money.

I am so disappointed. As soon as you lay your head on the pillow it collapses into an inch of support. It weighs a ton but provides absolutely no support.

Bought two new for my wife and I but what we got this time around seemed to be solid for a week before they now just deflate so fast and give no neck support.

The cooling agent stays cool for a long time, and since there is cooling on both sides, when the coolant on one side wears off you can simply flip it over for a refreshingly cool sensation. Works great when you have a headache, too! Very supportive material keeps it's shape.
