[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempur-cloud breeze dual cooling provides great support throughout night. I sleep on back and side - I've had great sleep no matter the position. Love the cooling feature as I sleep hot - a simple flip of pillow cools my head and I drift back to sleep seamlessly. Was nervous to toss my previous tempurpedic pillow - after 15 years it was time. Can't go against the quality of Tempurpedic products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows felt cooler than what had been previously been used but it was not long lasting and they become very flat during use. Once flat there is very little head, neck support or comfort, pillows are very heavy too. unfortunately, they have been removed and we have returned to using older pillows. If there a refund process for these pillows I would like to return them?
