The extent of my disappointment is difficult to put into words, as I have had to resort to sleeping directly on my mattress to avoid the excruciating neck pain inflicted by this ill-suited pillow. It is genuinely disheartening to have invested in the most expensive pillow only to experience such discomfort. I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I discourage others from purchasing this product, as my experience has been nothing short of a letdown.

This is hands down the best pillow I've ever owned. It keeps my head cool and supports my neck very well. I'm a side sleeper.

I was skeptical with the pillow at first, since it was so heavy. But it has really helped my neck pain and provided quality sleeping (I am a side sleeper). I bought another pair for the guest room and have gotten good feedback as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this and another pillow and there was a mixup with the delivery courier that resulted in the package being delivered to a building a few blocks away. This caused me to have to carry back the heavy box, that was nearly bigger than me, several blocks back to my apartment. I had to stop several times on the way back to rest and almost had to call a cab just to get back because of how big the box with no way to carry except for fully in the air above my head, or drag it across the pavement. I tried to politely give this feedback on my experience to Temurpedic and without empathizing at all, or even saying "I'm sorry for your experience of that", they told me to instead just reach out and talk to the delivery company (UPS). End of response. My personal feelings on business are that if you contract with another company, you should personally care about how that company is impacting your customers' experience, instead of treating it like it's not your problem. I would have loved for them to at least say, "thanks for that feedback!" even if that feedback is not going anywhere, at least I would feel more respected than just brushed off. At some point, I will need another pillow in the future, but when I do it won't be from Tempurpedic, since this first impression was very poor and I don't respect the lack of customer care.

They are large and heavy and we had an allergic reaction to them and cannot return them. I would not recommend them.

Did not feel supportive for side sleeping

Unfortunately I bought two of these based on all the good reviews. Now I stuck with two very uncomfortable and expensive pillows. I am a side sleeper and hoped it would offer support for my neck. Even though this is a high profile pillow it did not provide support. The pillow compressed so much that it becomes low profile and very firm. I tried this pillow for two weeks, but I had to stop using it due to new neck pain I developed. I want to try other tempur pillows, but it is such a risk with no satisfaction guarantee.
