[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been dealing with neck pain for years and horrible sleep quality. Decided to give this pillow and try and praise the lord. I'm sleeping, less snoring and pain is close to gone. Worth every cent this pillow.

Poor quality, not as advertised

This pillow arrived in a damaged box. The pillow is extremely poor quality. It is very soft, not medium/firm as advertised. For the price of this pillow, I would expect a high-quality product as well as a high-quality customer service experience, neither of which are true in this case. I contacted customer service With zero help or support. I specifically purchased this pillow looking for some thing more firm to support my neck, and this is not at all as advertised. As they do not allow any returns, despite the fact that it has not been used even one night, I will unfortunately have to waste all of the materials and throw this in the trash, and I have spent nearly $200. A waste of time and money, this company does not care about quality or customer service. Don't waste your time or money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this pillow expecting the pillow to be a medium firm. What I received is a super sport pillow that collapses to almost flat. Either this is defective or falsely advertised. I have tried to talk with the company about the issue but they have denied any warranty claim and refuse to offer any sort of compensation or solution. I feel like they have stolen my money and I have nothing to show for it. I was a lifetime tempur pedic supporter and I will never buy from them again. After this experience I would hate to have an issue with a mattress and be treated this poorly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the beginning I was a little skeptical about this pillow specially because I didn't like it when I used it the first time because I never owned a Tempur-Pedic pillow before. I was going to return it the next day but my wife told me she used the and she loved it so she told me to give it another chance so I tried it that night again and for some reason I slept like an angel that night so I decided to keep it and now that have been using it for almost a month I can say that this has been one of the best investments I have made in my life. I truly love it and I recommend it 200% to anybody who wants to improve their sleep. The cooling feature it's very cool too. I honestly love it!
