After 2 nights I can say that this pillow is horrible it's very flat when laying down and hard and the pillow gets very hot when sleeping it was supposed to be a cooling pillow, but itgets really hot after some time. I rather keep my 10 year old Tempur-pedic memory foam pillow instead of this one. Too bad I didn't know I can't return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately these pillows were not at all what I expected. I am very disappointed with these pillows. They do not stay cool which was number one reason to buy them and the cooling part material feels like dry plastic on your head. Then to top it off they do not stay fluffed up when you place your head on them, instead they flatten out and stay too low. To top it off of course these pillows are not returnable. I am beyond unhappy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First,I purchased 2 of those for my son, one for his college dorm, one for home. I was worried this pillow might be too high for him, but it sinks and he likes it, so I ordered another for my husband who was using an old Tempurpedic pillow(about 10 years old pillow) He usual start sleeping on his stomach and snore badly , but after switched to a new pillow, surprisingly he stopped snorting! I'm glad I bought this.
