[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely dissatisfied with this expensive pillow. Put a pillowcase on it and tried to sleep on it for a total of 3 hours. Heavy, hard and not cooling. I took it off the bed and put it back in the original packaging. Wanted to return it - but the website says pillows are not returnable. I should have bought it at a retail location so that I could have returned it. Stuck with this purchase, I certainly will not shop on the Tempurpedic web site again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Tempur Pedic pillows for years. I used to suffer with chronic neck pain and once I began using these pillows that stopped happening. I cannot recommend this brand of pillow enough.

These are genuinely the best pillows I've ever had. They stay ice cold all of the time. I'm always hot when I'm trying to sleep and so Im constantly looking for bedding that keeps me cool but isn't thin. I've had them for about a year and a half and they're still like brand new. I have recommended them to everyone I know and even gifted them to some people. I was nervous to spend this much on pillows but I'm glad I did. These will be the only pillows I ever buy again.
