Hard as bricks. Customer service is awful

These things are awful. Medium/ firm is an understatement. What's worse, you spend over 200$ on two pillows and this company won't even skip a beat to tell you "oh well, good luck with them". God forbid you exchange these bricks for something that is actually useful at this price point.

Delivery was quick, the pillows are heavy, weighting about 10 lbs each. They are too hard, we woke up with a stiff neck and you can not move the pillows while you're sleeping because of the heaviness of them. The cooling gel?? I did not get it. Did nothing for me. Save your money and buy something else.

Being able to shift on the pillow and get the cooling on your face and head as well as when you tuck your arm under and feel it there, has helped to to sleep more soundly and not wake up as much! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If there's one thing Tempurpedic likes to hide about their products is that the chemically toxic fumes that exude from their material is awful and lasts for 6 months-12 months depending on usage. It's really strong and you actually won't be able to sleep on the material without getting headaches, allergies, and probably other long term lung issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had other tempurpedic pillows. This is by far the best. Other memory foam pillows. Other cooling pillows...honestly this thing is just amazing. The sheer WEIGHT of the pillow lets you know it means business. It is HEAVY and does a HEAVENLY job of helping us rest. If you are replacing a tempurpedic or trying one for the first time I recommend this pillow. The coolness does wear off after probably 10-15 minutes, but it really does keep you cool until then as I am thankfully/usually asleep by that time because of how amazingly well this pillow does its job.
