The Cloud Breeze actually provides the cooling it advertises and it does it on both sides. My head and face are comfortable when laying on my side. If I put my arm underneath, I get the bonus cooling to my arm. I haven't had any neck or upper back stiffness which was so common with other brands that I tried. Worth every penny so far!

Pillows are tough for me because the pressure against my ears can cause discomfort and disrupt my sleep.
