It took me a couple nights to get used to, but I've already recommended it to friends. The only slight downside is how heavy it is - it can be a tad laborious to get the pillowcase on and off, but that's it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the king sized, this is way too thick and dense me for sleeping, however its excellent as a mini body pillow (for upper or lower body) to make a couch more comfortable or for sitting up and reading in bed. I wish i had bought a second one.
