[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a horrible purchase for my wife and I as we both wanted cooling pillows...these are not even close. The pillows do not have any cooling effects unless you stick as ice pack in the pillow case and they weigh more than a toddler. We tried to return and were told we were SOL for over $200. Will never purchase from TEMPUR again!

It effects my sinuses. I should have returned it but kept hoping the airing out would help but it hasnt thus far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been sleeping on pillows that were meant to be LIKE this but sold for cheaper by other companies for years. They were fine, but after trying this I won't sleep on any other pillow moving forward. The first night I used it was great. Super comfortable and definitely cooling for someone who can't fall sleep on a pillow that warms from body heat. I had such a hard time waking up and getting out of bed the next morning because of how excellent this pillow is. Price is not bad either. I purchased two of them.

Both of us are so very pleased because it is very comfortable and helps us sleep better (my daughter likes that it helps her rest better while using her C-PAP machine). We both use this pillow exclusively now.

I am on my 3rd replacement pillow in 7 years (new purchase). The cooling material keeps separating from the pillow base. Kudos for Tempurpecic for warrantying the first set of pillows during the first 5 years, but would prefer that the issue gets remedied once and for all.

Doesn't stay cold, when shrunk-very uncomfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 5-10 minutes of laying on the pillow, it starts to shrink and becomes very uncomfortable; As well as the cold temperature going away. I thought my head would stay sunk in to the pillow while laying on it, but after it deflate it feels like cardboard. Huge waste of money.
