This pillow is not comfortable to sleep on. Didn't realize no returns are allowed. Would not have purchased if I had known that.

This is the worst pillow ever! Purchased two of these for my husband and myself. These pillows flatten out so thin you are sleeping practically on the bed. These are nothing like the original cloud pillow from 2010 which I actually switched back to last night and slept better than the month I've had this other pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so unfortunate that this pillow is non-refundable and can't be returned. I have been using cooling pillows for years and I couldn't find the one I love so I tried this. It was hard as a rock and did not provide any cooling like my others.
