[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had heard and read amazing reviews on these pillows. Finally pulled the trigger and ordered them. Got the worst night's sleep ever, the first night. Figured there was going to be a warm-up period or something for them, maybe. So gave them a couple more nights. By the 4th night of waking constantly, uncomfortable, and therefore exhausted, went back to my old pillows. My wife had thrown in the towel 2 nights in. No sore neck or anything like that, just the pillow ate your head, and didn't feel natural positioning. I sleep n my back; my wife on her side. Just couldn't make these work. Reached out to return them, and discovered and was met with a very curt, "NO Returns, ever, have a great day." So, maybe someone came and dumpster dived and made the pillows work better for them. In the mean time, was a total waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very comfortable as well as supportive. My neck aches are gone as well as my back aches. The best mattress we have ever owned.

This product smells horrible. Customer service told me to air it out and I did for several days and it still stinks. They won't refund me. DONT BUY

Each side of this pillow is the cool side and I love that about it. One the downside, while it offers perfectly acceptable support, it is on the firm side. It's not the kind of pillow you drop onto.
