[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wife loves: the pillow doesn't go flat, is cooling, and doesn't have lumps. I don't like: it's too heavy and dense, can't be maneuvered to adjust well. You have to lift up for a minute to allow the head dent to rebound before moving over any or your head just rolls back into the dent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No idea who thought this was a "medium-firm" pillow

Nice enough product, but a "medium-firm" pillow, it is not. I'm not exactly a heavy person and my head immediately sinks into it to the point where I can feel my arm under my head with less than an inch of collapsed material between the two. If you like a flat pillow with absolutely zero support, this is the one for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had really high hopes for these pillows. TempurPedic beds are nice but the pillows didn't do it for me. They do have fantastic cooling, but the comfort level isn't for me. Now some may really like the pillow but I have a hard time with the weight and bulk of them. I tend to sleep with my arm under the pillow but I am unable to. I aired them out for a week before using them but still there is an odor being emitted. I would have liked to have been able to return them but you cannot return the pillows once bought. Now this is just my opinion, as others I am sure may love them.

Unfortunately, I put those pillows in the washing machine and destroyed them. I immediately went on the tempur pedic website to order more. I could decide between 2 models and was hesitant to order because these pillows are crazy expensive and you can't return them. Well I picked the wrong pillow. The one I got is not firm enough (though it says firm) and my face is freezing at night because the pillow has some cooling technologie. I have to put a pillow on top of it just to sleep because my gave gets so cold and the pillow sinks too much since it isn't firm enough. I just wish I could return it for credit and order another pillow. Most pricy pillow places give a 30 day trial. Just upset I am stuck with the pillow now when I don't like it and I wake up with neck pain.
