I have to admit that I wish the cooling wasn't quite as "cool" in the Winter, but my heating pad helps me "take it down a notch." What's remarkable is that it works for my giant head just as well as it works for my wife's tiny head. I'm very happy with the purchase.

It kept me cool the whole night. I also realized the amount of money spent on purchasing new pillows every time the pillows would lose their shape. Well worth the money! Call to see if i could get another kind that was softer for her and was told they dont refund or so any type of exchanges!
