We do feel the coolness of the pillow which makes for a great rest. Great item to pair with temperpedic mattress to create a comfortable bed. I would recommend this item to family and friends.

The first time trying the pillows they feel great but by morning the are hard and flat. Don't purchase these pillows. They definitely do cool but since they have no support they are a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolute Waste of Money

My husband purchased two of these pillows because they were highly reviewed. But we are terriblly disappointed. This pillow is rock hard! It so heavy. It's almost laughable how terrible this pillow is. The worst was discovering (after spending hundreds on them) that there are no refund or exchanges!! Temperpedic doesn't even stand behind this product!

The TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling is the best pillow I found after trying several high end pillow options. My husband and I both use these, and find them to be the best balance between soft and firm. The cooling is effective. I will share one caution: the cooling gel pad can break up over time and shift around making lumps in the pillow. I experienced this but my husband has not, so it could be the way I sleep. This only occurred for me after a few years of use, and I replaced it with another TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling so it's not a deal breaker by any means. Sleep well!
